We are currently seeking a dedicated and dynamic Chef Manager to join our team and play a key role in driving excellence and innovation in culinary services.

As a Chef Manager you'll:

• Cook up mouth-watering menu items with a passion for perfection

• Ensure the highest standards of food hygiene and health and safety are maintained in line with Sodexo Policy & Procedure

• Contribute to a positive and innovative kitchen culture

• Take ownership of daily cash and invoice trading, menu planning, ordering, and stocktakes

What we're looking for:

• Proven experience as a Chef in a high-volume setting

• Proven experience managing a small catering team

• Professional cookery or culinary qualifications

• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively

• Commitment to maintaining the highest food safety and hygiene standards
