    What we offer

    What you’ll do

    • Prepare and cook meals for 400+ employees

    • Lead food preparation in your section

    • Support menu planning, ordering, and compliance records

    • Train, guide, and develop team members

    • Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient kitchen

    • Deliver excellent customer service

    • Assist the Head Chef with stock ordering and paperwork

    • Follow all HSE standards at all times


  • What you bring

    ✅ Minimum 2 years’ experience in a professional kitchen
    âś… NVQ Level 2 qualification (essential)

    • Experience in menu planning and food production

    • Exposure to large-scale or bulk catering

    • A hands-on approach with strong organisational skills
