Job Introduction

Sodexo is seeking a Catering Manager role in Northern Ireland. This position offers a fantastic opportunity for a skilled manager passionate about delivering exceptional food quality and high-standard front-of-house services. As the Catering Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading the catering team, ensuring the service meets the detailed standards in the service level agreement and KPIs, and driving business growth within a supportive and dynamic environment.

What you’ll do:
Lead the daily catering and hospitality services, ensuring fresh, high-quality food and exceptional service delivery to patients and customers.
Monitor and control the financial performance of the unit, maintaining costs within budgeted targets and identifying opportunities for business growth.
Establish and maintain strong relationships within the Company and with the Client organization.
Manage, train, and develop a highly skilled catering team, fostering a culture of excellence and engagement.
Ensure adherence to statutory and company standards of hygiene, health, and safety, and implement necessary actions to maintain these standards.

What you bring:
Proven experience in operational management within catering and hospitality.
Effective people management skills, with the ability to lead, develop, and engage teams.
Strong financial acumen, with the ability to interpret and utilize financial and commercial information.
Excellent numerical, interpersonal, and communication skills, proficient in MS Office applications.
Knowledge and experience in food hygiene, health, and safety regulations, including CIEH, COSHH, and HACCP.
