Catering Manager

Job Introduction

Sodexo have an exciting opportunity for a Catering Manager to join our team in RAF Brize Norton.

The role will be responsible for delivering and maintaining our high standard of service within all food and catering departments. 

The ideal candidate for this role should have fantastic people skills - including written and verbal communication, have a proven background within Catering, some management experience and have one or more formal catering qualifications. 

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
  • Knowledge of working in a management role within the soft FM service industry 
  • People management skills including general HR skills in recruitment, training and managing colleague performance including disciplinary and grievance procedures. 
  • Management knowledge of health & safety and food safety
