What you’ll do: 

Ensure efficient preparation and service of all meals to Sodexo standard and the clients satisfaction.
Plan, prepare and present all meals served at the required time, adhering to the service level agreements.
Adhere to special dietary requirement and pay attention to allergens.
Completion of all relevant admin task including accurate capture of all income.
Establish and maintain relationships with your team and all other individuals at all levels within the company.
Support and assist the General Services Manager managing all Sodexo service on site.

What you bring:

NVQ Chef qualification or equivalent.
Experience in a similar environment with Catering Management experience and managing a team.
Experience of delivering training using company guidelines and managing budgets
Ability to increase individual effectiveness through leadership, motivation, communication, coaching and training.
