Catering Assistant/Cold prep
Job Introduction

Role Responsibility
Key Tasks:
1. Prepare mostly cold food to the highest standard of quality at all times.
2. To Help serve the food in the staff dinning room at lunch times 1200-1400, and use the company till.
3. To provide an efficient and friendly service to customers in all areas of the catering department.
4. Ensure all necessary documentation is completed to comply with company and industry standards.
5. To undertake cleaning and ensure all aspects of equipment and production area cleaning is completed to the Company's standard according to the cleaning rota as directed.

Package Description
We are looking for a Catering Assistant to join our team at the Nuffield Wessex Hospital full time 37.5hours a week.
Shifts will vary and will include one weekend in three, No Split Shifts, £8.40 per hour , Various Shifts that you could be asked to cover are 0800-1600, 1000-1800, between Monday and Friday, 0900-1700 Saturday, 0800-1400 Sunday.
