Working Pattern: 10 hours per week – Saturday and Sunday, 7:00am to 12:00 noon
Hourly Rate: £12.60
Contract Type: Permanent
About the Role
We are currently recruiting a Catering Assistant to join our team at Diageo Leven. This role is essential to delivering excellent customer service and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and efficiency in a busy catering environment.
Working as part of our weekend team, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our food service operations run smoothly by assisting in food service, operating tills, and supporting with dishwashing and kitchen cleaning duties.
Main Responsibilities
Serve customers in a polite and efficient manner.
Operate the till accurately and responsibly.
Assist in the preparation and presentation of food.
Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen and service areas, including dishwash and pot sink duties.
Comply with all company and client policies, site rules and statutory regulations.
Work effectively as part of a small weekend team.
About You
Previous experience in a busy catering environment is preferred.
Comfortable with customer interaction and working as part of a small team.
Good understanding of food hygiene and safety standards.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently over weekends.
