Catering Assistant
Location – Clackmannanshire Diageo Sites
Salary – £12.60 per hour
Hours – 16 hours per week
Shifts – Monday to Friday, 10am–2pm (flexibility required to cover other sites and duties as needed)

Full UK driving licence and must be 25+ (for insurance purposes)

As a Catering & Cleaning Operative at Sodexo, you’re a flexible and proactive member of the team, helping ensure our sites stay clean, safe and welcoming for everyone. This role is crucial to supporting our operations, stepping in to provide cover during staff absences across multiple Diageo sites in Clackmannanshire.

You’ll be primarily based at Cambus canteen on a fixed shift of 10am–2pm, Monday to Friday, but may also be required to work at other Diageo locations such as Blackgrange, Menstrie, Abercrombie and Bonnybridge. The role includes both catering and cleaning duties, depending on the needs of the site. With a company van provided, your ability to travel ensures continuous service delivery across the region.

What you’ll do:
• Provide cleaning and basic catering support across multiple Diageo sites
• Step in for team members during holidays or sickness, maintaining a consistent standard of service
• Drive the company vehicle safely between assigned locations
• Deliver excellent customer service in every environment you work in
• Ensure high standards of hygiene, health and safety at all times

What you bring:
• Full UK driving licence and must be 25+ (for insurance purposes)
• Previous experience in a cleaning or catering role
• A flexible and adaptable attitude with strong communication skills
• Ability to travel between sites reliably and independently
• A strong sense of responsibility and pride in your work
