If the answer is yes, then HMP Peterborough have an exciting opportunity for a Catering Assistant to join our team.

What we are offering:

Starting salary £26,329.50 per annum increasing to £27,453.32 after two years in service, £28,099.00 after three years and £30,446.27 after four years in service.

In this role, you will support the catering team with the preparation and cooking of meals for prisoners and prison staff.

To be successful in this role you will:

Ensure the training and supervision of prisoners working in the kitchen
Assist in the preparation and cooking of meals
Maintain all food safety/ Health and Safety regulations.
