Casual Match Day Bar staff

Job Introduction

A bar person is required to serve customers their drinks during all opening hours. The drinks service can include the service of draft and bottle beers, wines, spirits, etc. and soft drinks. Table service may be required in some areas but candidates are required to work anywhere within the stadium.

Role Responsibility

To serve the requested drink to the customer in a timely manner, adhering to service standards
To ensure all bar areas are clean and tidy
Collecting and cleaning glassware
To replenish stock to the bar, using an appropriate stock rotation method
To handle cash and use of tills
To adhere to both cleaning and maintenance schedules
To comply fully with all regulations relating to Health and Safety
Comply with all Company Terms and Conditions
To partake in any training as required by both legislation and the Company
