Package Description

Scope and General Purpose-

Manage and lead the delivery and co-ordination of one of the many Premium Lounges/Rooms within the DW Stadium during a match day. Ensuring high levels of service are delivered on the day of the event. Lead the team so that they are motivated and engaged to provide guests with the best possible experience by facilitating communication and teamwork.

Operational Excellence

Fully overseeing & coordinating the exceptionally friendly, professional, and efficient arrival, greeting, seating and account settlement for all guests
Lead, engage, motivate and train to create a high level of performance within the Platinum Lounge & team
Assist the Event Planner in ensuring that all detailed requirements for each event are given, and met to all departments to ensure the smooth running of all events.
Ensure that all areas are set and prepared to meet with relevant requirements.
Oversee and support all operations on a daily basis.
Ensure adherence to company uniform standards across all areas
Ensure that all areas open are effectively closed down and stock/cash variances controlled for business

Ensure that every opportunity is taken to ‘up sell’ to our customers

Ensure that casual employees are thoroughly briefed and capable of expectations.

Maintain clear records of equipment volumes and replenishment to ensure team always have to required tools to hand

Occasional Duties

To assist at other Major Events when able to do so.
Complete online training courses designed for personal development.
