Casual Catering Assistant - Doncaster Royal Infirmary

Job Introduction

Sodexo have been managing catering services at Doncaster Royal Infirmary Hospital since January 2018. We now require additional resource to ensure we deliver an excellent service to our client. We are therefore looking for a number of Catering Assistants to work in our Patient Dining team on a casual basis in the first instance

Role Responsibility

This role focusses primarily on the preparation of patient meals which have been ordered earlier in the day. This is a busy local hospital where everyone in our team needs to work together to deliver great meals to the patients. Cleaning of crockery and cutlery also forms a main part of the role. However in addition to these two main tasks you would be expected to undertake any other Catering Assistant duties as and when required. This could involve taking orders from patients or the delivery of meals to the wards

The Ideal Candidate

  • Have some basic food / kitchen experience
  • Are team workers
  • Are able to multi task in a busy environment

Package Description

We are looking for a Casual Catering Assistant to join our team at Doncaster Royal Infirmary

Shifts will vary and will include weekdays and weekends.  £8.21 per hour
