Case Management Administrator (Part time 21 hours per week)

We are now recruiting for a permanent Librite Administrator at HMP Addiewell, in Scotland. This is an
important role reporting to the Case Management Team Leader at HMP Addiewell and working closely with colleagues both locally, and in the wider Sodexo environments.
Role Responsibility
- As the main contact for partner agencies contacting and working within the Librite Centre you will develop a good and effective worker/client relationship responding flexibly to their requests.
- Ensure that information is stored accurately, updated and made available.
- Liaise with Case Managers, Social Services, Community Partners and any other agencies involved in the integrated case management of offender rehabilitation including HDC and Parole Boards.
- Provide general administration duties within the Case Management Department
- Answer and respond to telephone enquiries and correspondence within the dept.
- Assist in the participation of minute taking for all areas of Case Management
- Be part of a multi-tasked administrative team within HMP Addiewell
- Carry out any other reasonable request(s) made by the Management Team.
- Assist in the cover of other Case Management / PMT Administration tasks when requested.
- Participate in training as required in order to keep up-to-date all mandatory and refresher training.
The Ideal Candidate
Essential
- The successful candidate must be computer literate with a sound knowledge of Microsoft Office and e-mail packages.
- Be able to demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills
- Demonstrate ability to prioritise and manage workload
- Highly motivated and willing to learn
- Knowledge or experience of customer experience service delivery.
- Flexible in approach

- To participate in training as required in order to keep up to date with all mandatory and refresher training.
Desirable
- Appropriate experience in the delivery of administration, ideally in a custodial environment that reflects the necessitation’s of the predominant needs of the prisoner population.
- Good educative history, including any relevant administrative qualifications.
- The ability to minute-take in shorthand.
