Call Centre advisor - Part time

About this role

Sodexo have an exciting opportunity for a number of Call Centre Advisors to join our new, high profile, contract based in Swindon.

Come and join our Services Centre team and be a part of the excellent customer experience property helpdesk.

The Helpdesk Operators will interact with our customers and suppliers ensuring a prompt, professional and efficient service, in terms of response via email or telephone. 

The ideal candidate should be a fantastic communicator both verbal and written, have an excellent telephone manner and be able to conduct themselves professionally at all times. 

To succeed, you'll need to have:  

  • Excellent telephone manner, attention to detail, good communications and literacy skills.

  • Previous experience of providing helpdesk or call centre service, developing productive working relationships with key customers and suppliers.

  • Basic Understanding of computer hardware and applications e.g., Excel, Word, Outlook etc

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

COMPETETIVE SALARY, Part Time Permanent Opportunities 

Shift pattern: The operator will be required to work 3 days between Friday and Tuesday
each week. They will be expected to work either of the 3 rotational shift
patterns that currently exist dependant on business needs.
