CRM Data Analyst
Location: Home Based
Salary: £44,300 - £47,200 & excellent range of employee benefits
Sodexo have an excellent new opportunity to join our experienced team in corporate service as a CRM Data Analyst.
In this role you will support the business’ ability to make decisions based on accurate, reliable, and high-quality insights through governance of CRM data and analysis of internal and external data sources.
Working and collaborating alongside the wider regional CRM team, you will help drive our ongoing evolution and adoption of the CRM platform.
Not only will this role allow you to showcase your existing data analysis skills, but you will also offer up continuous opportunity for growth and development.
Based from home with occasional travel for team meetings in our London office, this role offers real flexibility.

About You
To be considered for this role you will have and be able to demonstrate knowledge and experience in the following areas:
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyse, and interpret data sets
- Proven experience working in an administration capacity with Salesforce CRM
- Proficiency in data management, analysis, and visualisation tools such as Power BI
- Solid understanding of statistical methods and techniques for data analysis
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities with a keen attention to detail
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- A relevant university degree or professional qualification in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field would be advantageous, but not essential.
