Job Introduction

40 hours per week
2 x 12 hour shifts week 1 & 5 x 12 hour shifts week 2 on days this then follows the same pattern for nights
£12.79 per hour

Job Description:

Asa CCTV Operative at Merville Barracks. Your roleis vital in making sure that we provide a safe and secure environment forour clients.

What you’ll do:

Greet staff and visitors and ensure they adhere to the required security identification and protocols for the site/area
Monitoring of CCTV, Access Control and other protective systems
Act as a first line response to activations & incidents or fault reporting
Log calls, relay messages and provide guidance and advice to visitors, clients, contractors and staff
Deliver and maintain customer service at all times, ensuring client satisfaction
Maintain a high standard of a well kept reception/entry area to ensure visitors journey starts with a positive impression.

What you bring:

Ability to interact with employees, contractors, consultants, visitors, and management as well as local police and fire authorities
Standard SIA license
Background in CCTV
Excellent communication and awareness skills
Experience in working in a similar role
Knowledge of security techniques and site and local emergency procedures
