As a Butler at Sodexo in the Shell Centre, London, you will provide a warm welcome to Board members, Guests and their Personal Assistants, making that all-important positive first impression. What you’ll do:
- Ensure the smooth day to day running of hospitality on the executive floors. Ensure all requests are fulfilled to the highest standard whilst proactively planning the daily delivery and checking with the PA`s of any changes.
- You will use world-class customer service and superb communication skills, to ensure the smooth running of hospitality on the executive floor, delivering coffees, breakfast and lunches, assisting where required in meeting requests from the board members and/or their guests at this time.
- Provide delivery of 5-star customer service.
- Ensure cleanliness of the Executive floors.
- Set up and serve fine dining lunches / dinners (experience not essential as training will be given)
- Be flexible and support the team with any projects or tasks they require
- Comply with all H&S and Food Safety regulations.

- Computer literacy – MS office packages
- Previous experience in a similar role is a bonus, but a can-do attitude and complete customer focus will tick the box

Package Description
- 40 hours per week
- £14.42 per hour
- Monday to Friday (mainly) with occasional evenings required
- Flexi, 5 over 7, working 8.00am until 6.00pm
- Permanent Full Time contract
- DBS check required
- Good transport links
- Based: Shell Tower, however, may be required to work in different locations
