  • £26,500 - £28,000 per annum

  • Monday to Friday

We are seeking a highly motivated and organised Business Support Manager to join our team in the Staffordshire area. You'll  be providing on- site support and training to various Schools. Your cheerful approach will put a smile on our people's faces and makes an impact in their everyday lives.

This role will require applicants to undergo screening appropriate to the post, including checks with past employers and the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) and/ or Disclosure Scotland.  

What you’ll do:
  • Provide comprehensive support to the Group Manager, ensuring efficient operation and coordination of school visits.
  • Ensure all activities comply with relevant standards and regulations, particularly in catering and food safety.
  • Liaise effectively with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring they are met with professionalism and efficiency
What you bring:
  • Have previous supervisory experience,  ideally within the education sector.
  • Knowledge of catering operations and a Level 2 Food Safety certification will be highly beneficial.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building and maintaining positive relationships with clients and team members.
  • A valid driving license and the ability to travel to multiple locations Monday through Friday.
