Business Support Administrator
Job Introduction
Sodexo's Government and Agencies segment have a new opportunity for a Business Support Administrator to join the Integrator team.
As the Business Support Administrator you will provide administration support to the Integrator Property Management Team, this can include arranging meetings, supporting colleagues with business process queries including onboarding and finance, supporting with the administration of purchase orders and assisting with presentations and reporting.
This is an interesting and diverse administration role and will require someone with excellent organisational skills, fully competent with Microsoft Office Tools and who delivers work with a high level of accuracy.
Role Responsibility
- Support governance across the contract.
- Management of SharePoint
- Support the Business Support function with the Purchase Order process
- Planning and arranging internal and external meetings, video conferences and calls
- Assisting with correspondence, presentations and reports
- Acting as a point of contact when dealing with clients, employees and senior members of organisations when leadership team members are not available
- Organising team events, catering and training courses
- Ad hoc duties as and when required
The Ideal Candidate
- Competent with Demonstrable evidence on Microsoft Office tools
- Understanding of operational facilities management (desireable)
- Ability to manage own time, and deliver objectives
- Ability to work unsupervised
- Attention to detail with high level of accuracy
- Able to prioritise workload
- Good communcator
