Business Strategist/Analyst

Job Introduction

We are currently recruiting for a Business Strategist to join Sodexo’s Integrator. Reporting to the Head of Business Strategy and Planning, you will support the creation and delivery of our business strategy. We are Sodexo’s newest and most innovative property management business.

This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who has a good understanding of business transformation, fantastic stakeholder management skills and who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Sodexo’s Integrator is a new service that provides client businesses with a single interface to manage their estate and property services. With an innovative new contracting model, the client can contract the best suppliers for their workplace needs (including local and small businesses) – and we provide integrated management of processes, systems and people. Our team have a full spectrum of industry leading expertise across real estate, capital projects, asset management, supply chain management, programme and project management, QSE and commercial management.

Role Responsibility

What you will be doing

• Helping to manage the day to day relationship with the client and stakeholders – ensuring our service is responsive to their needs.
• Support the strategy and planning for the Sodexo Integrator business.
• Providing a broad spectrum of data analytics, market analysis and system assessment – to understand barriers to achieving objectives and help develop our strategies.  
• Planning and driving (through others) programmes of business change.
• Working within a team to deliver large, complex and transformational client-facing programmes.
• Challenging assumptions, and being pro-active in driving forward new ideas.
• Presenting well thought through solutions to both clients and internal stakeholders with products of a very high quality.

The Ideal Candidate

What we need from you

• Someone who can demonstrate an excellent knowledge of business transformation and the challenges of making change happen.
• You should be comfortable engaging senior leaders in environments of uncertainty.
• You will have experience of delivering business transformation, and have an excellent understanding of the logistics required to manage change.
• You will be able to take analytics of large datasets or business research through to preparation of relevant insight for business leaders.
• Previous experience of the built environment, engineering or infrastructure is preferable.
• Ideally you will be degree educated and have previous experience in a consulting role.

Salary: Up to £51,000 depending on experience plus bonus scheme and flexible benefits package
