Job Introduction
Business Relationship Manager
As a Business Relationship Manager in Sodexo's growing IT department, you'll enjoy a hugely varied role working across a wide range of IT activities, projects and services. In this role, you'll be involved in the full IT project lifecycle, liaising with the business to define their requirements and working closely with various functions in the IS&T department to ensure the successful delivery of improvements, enhancements and new projects.
What you’ll do:
- Work closely with all levels of stakeholders from the business to build up a detailed understanding of business needs and demands
- Liaise with IS&T colleagues to provide strategic insights to help define projects and updates on projects and activities
- Maintain a detailed understanding of business needs and demands, and provide strategic insight to help with the definition of projects to realise these needs
- Aid in business planning to ensure IT initiatives are understood and properly costed
- Report on IT service and act as an escalation point to ensure a high quality of service
What you bring:
- Fantastic relationship building skills, with an ability to communicate with all levels of technical and non-technical stakeholder
- The ability to think strategically to keep a holistic view of IT projects and programmes related to the business
- A strong understanding of IT and technology
- Experience delivering IT services, ideally within the ITIL framework
- Ideally a BRMP Qualification
