Business Intelligence and Data Manager
Job Introduction
As Business Intelligence and Data Manager you will be responsible for the design and implementation of a BI (Business Intelligence) strategy and related system components.
Role Responsibility
The BI and Data Manager is responsible for the definition and specification for data component in every business project. It includes support to the business functions (Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance) in terms of reporting, analysis and data modelling leveraging the existing BI system.
This role will also include the design and creation of a proper DATA Policy for the whole company, complying with the British Law, and following the guidance of Compliance Manager and the rules of Internal Control designed at company level and SPI level.
The Ideal Candidate
The Ideal Candidate will be:
- Fully skilled in following technologies : MS SSAS 2008 R2 / 2010, MS SSRS 2008 R2 / 2010, Sharepoint 2010, MDX
- Significant experience of using MS Visual Studio 2008
- Significant experience of using MS SqlServer Management Studio
- Significant experience of using Oracle CRM On Demand
- Significant experience of using Crystal Report
- Ability to gather business requirements & deal with end users
- Ability to develop and support a reporting for all business functions (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations)
- Ability to design a Company Data Policy for Sodexo Benefits and Rewards Services UK. Follow up of implementation of Policy
