Purpose of the Job:
•To contribute to the growth of Entegra Ireland by managing and leading the acquisition of new business to grow revenue.
•To Improve Entegra Ireland’s brand awareness within the hospitality sector in Ireland and Northern Ireland by managing marketing activity and always working in line with the Entegra values.

What you’ll do:
  • Achieves monthly and annual sales targets as set out by Head of Ireland.
  • Ensure the smooth transition of all new clients to Entegra nominated suppliers through a coordinated roll out plan.
  • Work towards establishing Entegra’s brand as the industry leader in food and non-food procurement in the hospitality sector.
  • Maintains sales volume through active prospecting of new clients, working with
  • Entegra UK & Europe on marketing and sales activities.
  • Identifies a range of gaps with existing customers and seeks to move these to Entegra’s nominated suppliers.
  • Proactively forms, maintains and co-ordinates excellent client relationships to ensure a trusted advisor approach to the client.
  • Responsible for ensuring that clients are kept up to date with Entegra’s repertoire of services.
  • Leads and develops opportunities to deliver operational synergies and cost savings.
  • Developers strategic partnerships with third party referrals to ensure a consistent pipeline of new business.
  • Work closely with other departments in the business to ensure all parties agree that new contracts represent good value for Entegra and are completely deliverable.
  • Takes the lead on special sales projects.
  • Responsible for asking existing clients for sales referrals.
  • Attends Client social events on behalf of Entegra.
  • Uses social media to promote Entegra and prospective clients.
  • Communicate effectively with existing and prospective clients.
  • Responsible for delivering personal sales budgets.
  • Provides timely reports on expenses and mileage sheets.
  • Responsible for managing any billing or debt issues relating to the client.
