What you’ll do:
- Be approachable, warm, and friendly, supporting, and welcoming Shell employees to their impressive workplace as they connect with their teams. This includes conducting site induction tours and supporting events.
- Ensure the setup, upkeep, and maintenance of all meeting rooms/areas is to a high standard, including maintaining a working knowledge of all communication equipment to provide any AV first-line support and liaising with wider Sodexo teams as required.
- Comply with all Company and Client guidelines, policies and procedures, and statutory regulations.
- Report any complaints, compliments, incidents of accident, fire, theft, loss, damage, unfit food, or other irregularities to the line manager, taking appropriate action where practicable and ensuring all recordings are accurate.
- Ensure that any administration, emails, diaries, and reports are kept up to date and accurate and timely reports are available.
What you bring:
- A proactive customer-focus approach with a can-do attitude, an exceptional eye for detail and a willingness to deliver a 5* business service to the staff and visitors of Shell London Campus.
- A desire to grow and progress and a willingness to learn and understand Shell systems e.g., Condeco, SNOW, AV, Blue runner, and support users in day-to-day needs.
- Great Organisational Skills and the ability to work on own initiatives and as part of a wider service team to deliver a seamless service throughout the Shell London Campus.
- Experience in a multi-service environment and team.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and good IT skills and knowledge

Package Description

- 40 hours per week
- From £13.93 per hour
- Working: Monday to Friday 7am - 3.30pm or 9:30am - 6pm. There may be occasional evening work, therefore flexibility in working hours is necessary.
- Central London location, very close to transport links and underground within minutes' walk.
