Job Introduction

Are you a skilled Building Fabric Engineer with a knack for overseeing maintenance and improvement projects across multiple sites? We are looking for a talented and experienced Multi-Site Building Fabric Engineer to join our team and ensure the integrity, functionality, and aesthetics of our clients' building structures.

Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate building fabric maintenance activities across multiple client sites.
Develop and implement strategic plans for building fabric maintenance, improvement, and compliance.
Lead a team of site engineers and technicians, ensuring efficient and high-quality service delivery.
Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs, structural issues, and improvement opportunities.
Collaborate with clients to understand their specific requirements and provide tailored solutions.
Oversee budgets, cost control, and resource allocation for building fabric projects.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Building Fabric Engineer or similar role in multi-site facility management.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire teams.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with attention to detail.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions and team collaboration.
Technical proficiency in building systems, materials, and construction techniques.
Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and compliance.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
Willingness to travel as needed to visit and oversee client sites.
