Brand Marketing Implementation Manager

Role Responsibility

The role is working within our defence segment and involves working across different MOD sites, implementing marketing and communication support for retail and Café Bar promotions.

The role involves:

  • Challenge and provoke operational managers on how to embed brand standards
  • Provide leadership on brand standards and drive their implementation on all aspects of mobilisations and offer changes, providing solutions to senior management on all issues that impact on the consistency of offers and retail services
  • Drives implementation of Brand Standards and business goals, partnering with the operational management teams to identify operational solutions that enable delivery of services.
  • Manage implementation of Café Bar promotions and menu changes
  • Develop and supply POS material for PAYD roll out (Plasma/Posters/on table comms etc)
  • Communicate all changes to Café Bar offer to all levels of the business
  • Communicate communication package programme to all areas of the business
  • Support with communication package for Client presentation.
  • Instrument project from initial concept briefings through to final range comms and training

The Ideal Candidate

  • Good understanding of all areas of marketing mix
  • Experience in operating in a B2C environment
  • Good management of external marketing and communications agencies
  • Project management skills and organisational
  • Accustomed to presenting at executive team  level
  • Good communications skills
  • Hands on operational experience
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to influence other managers who do not report directly into the role
  • Customer service skills

Desirable

  •  Experience in working in a B2B environment
