As a Benefits Manager, your expertise will drive the continuous improvement and innovation of our benefits offering, ensuring that Sodexo is not just a workplace but a space where all employees are supported, recognised, and valued.

What you’ll do:
  • Manage and strengthen relationships with third-party providers, ensuring excellent, cost-effective service and performance.
  • Design, implement, and oversee compliant plans for ongoing and cyclical activities related to benefits plans and recognition platforms.
  • Collaborate effectively with key stakeholders in the PeopleServices/Payroll team, ensuring alignment and delivery of the benefits offering.
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders on new initiatives and improvements, and offer training/education as required.
  • Conduct regular monitoring of engagement/utilisation and data analysis to adapt the benefits strategy as needed.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on employee benefits, handling complex queries and issues.
  • Review and externally benchmark practices to ensure compliance, and a fair, inclusive, and competitive benefits offer.
 
What you bring:
  • Extensive knowledge of benefits legislation and regulation.
  • Strong numeracy skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proficient in HR systems and technology.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, responsive and able to meet tight deadlines.
  • High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and customer service skills.
  • Strategic and commercially aware, with a focus on delivering competitive, fair, and inclusive benefits offerings.
