Job Introduction
We are looking for a passionate and skilled Barista to join our team at NBCUniversal, London. As the face of our café service, you’ll be at the heart of delivering a premium hospitality experience in a fast-paced, corporate environment. Role Responsibility
Prepare and serve a range of high-quality hot and cold beverages, including expert use of a barista coffee machine
Showcase skilled latte art and beverage presentation
Maintain excellent standards of hygiene and cleanliness across all service areas
Deliver outstanding customer service to clients, staff, and visitors
Operate tills and handle cash/transactions as required
Monitor stock levels and support with stock rotation and replenishment
Work as part of a wider hospitality team to support events and peak periods
Follow all health and safety, food hygiene, and allergen procedures
The Ideal Candidate
Experience working as a barista in a high-volume, customer-facing environment
Confident using a commercial coffee machine and demonstrating latte art skills
A proactive team player with a positive attitude
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Reliable, flexible, and able to adapt to changing demands
Attention to detail and pride in delivering top-tier service
