Working Hours: 32 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Salary: £13.85 per hour
Contract Type: Permanent, Full-Time

Job Introduction
We are looking for a passionate and skilled Barista to join our team at NBCUniversal, London. As the face of our café service, you’ll be at the heart of delivering a premium hospitality experience in a fast-paced, corporate environment. If you take pride in perfecting every cup and thrive on providing exceptional customer service, we’d love to hear from you.

Role Responsibility

  • Prepare and serve a range of high-quality hot and cold beverages, including expert use of a barista coffee machine

  • Showcase skilled latte art and beverage presentation

  • Maintain excellent standards of hygiene and cleanliness across all service areas

  • Deliver outstanding customer service to clients, staff, and visitors

  • Operate tills and handle cash/transactions as required

  • Monitor stock levels and support with stock rotation and replenishment

  • Work as part of a wider hospitality team to support events and peak periods

  • Follow all health and safety, food hygiene, and allergen procedures

The Ideal Candidate

  • Experience working as a barista in a high-volume, customer-facing environment

  • Confident using a commercial coffee machine and demonstrating latte art skills

  • A proactive team player with a positive attitude

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Reliable, flexible, and able to adapt to changing demands

  • Attention to detail and pride in delivering top-tier service
