Barista Maestro
Job Introduction
We currently have an opportunity for a Barista Maestro to join our team. This is a great opportunity for a passionate and customer focused individual to join one of the world’s leading food and facilities management companies.
Role Responsibility
As a Barista Maestro you will be responsible for:
To lead shifts when assigned by the Store Manager, taking responsibility for delivering brand standards in:
- Cash management
- Opening and closing the store/preparing for the shift to brand standard
- Ordering consumables/food
- Monitoring/delivering service to brand standard
- Ensuring our service standards are met by providing customers with prompt service, quality beverages and food products in a friendly, fast paced and upbeat environment
- Delivering a high level of customer service and interaction
- Training all team members to Barista level
- Health & Safety/Food Safety checks
The Ideal Candidate
The successful candidate for this role will have:
- Excellent communication skills
- Barista accreditation
- Good organisational skills with ability to plan training
- Passion for coffee standards and brand excellence
- Supervisory experience (desirable)
