Job Introduction
Here at Sodexo Live! we’re looking for a dedicated and driven BOH Manager to join our team at ACC Liverpool, home to a vibrant calendar of large-scale events and exceptional hospitality experiences.
In this role, you’ll support the Head of BOH & Logistics to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, organisation, and operational excellence across all back-of-house (BOH) areas. You’ll lead, motivate, and develop your team, making sure everyone is working safely and in line with Sodexo Live! policies.

What You'll Do:
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across BOH areas, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and food safety standards.
- Oversee stock control and equipment storage, maintaining accurate records and working closely with the Head of BOH & Logistics.
- Support the operations team in preparing for diverse, simultaneous events, ensuring all areas are ready and set to standard.
- Motivate, train, and develop the BOH team, providing the tools and information they need to succeed.
- Lead by example, upholding company policies and ensuring uniform standards are consistently met.
- Contribute to safety walks and report maintenance issues promptly.
What You Bring:
Proven experience in a high-volume hospitality, events, or banqueting operation.
Strong supervisory and leadership skills, with the ability to lead a casual and transient workforce.
Great time management and organisational skills, with the ability to multitask under pressure.
A can-do attitude, attention to detail, and a passion for maintaining high standards.
Intermediate Food Hygiene qualification and an understanding of Health & Safety, Allergens, and COSHH regulations.
Flexibility to work weekends and evenings to meet business needs.
