Audio Visual (AV) Technical Support Manager

As the Transport Coordinator you will deliver modal data reporting for West London and UK Research and Development sites and manage car parking processes and chauffeur administration.
All applicants must be eligible to work in the UK, or hold a valid UK permit (no sponsorship offered) and a full and clean UK driving licence.
Role Responsibility
- Take responsibility for Audio Visual Collaboration Support Team and ensure that a 5 star customer service is experienced by all
- Maximise resource through forward staffing planning and instilling a structured approach to daily routines
- Participate in recruitment and training activities to ensure correct skill set is in place and maintained
- Identify talent and encourage and support development within the team.
- Maintain the Personnel files and training records for the Floor Captain team.
- Manage the induction and review process for new starters.
- Monitor and manage all aspects of performance within the FC team according to Sodexo procedures.
- Provide Best-in-class, quality, hands on AV support services, to Customers through all available channels, meeting or exceeding their expectations at every opportunity, with exceptional customer follow up.
- Support a wide range of technology equipment, solutions and devices for both hardware and software including AV equipment, understanding AV/ VC infrastructure (hardware and software), AV/VC support experience (set up/ testing/configuration/ operation and troubleshooting of equipment and devices) plus general IT/Networking knowledge. and other miscellaneous AV related equipment or cabling.
- Work professionally with all levels of the organization in a highly corporate environment
- To appropriately and safely load and transport AV equipment between rooms and buildings as required.
