Responsibilities:
- Lead the management of day-to-day bookings and execution of auditorium events.
- Troubleshoot technical challenges, providing effective solutions and managing customer expectations.
- Ensure manned presence and support during lecture theatre bookings and other events.
- Offer AV support across various event spaces on the site.
- Oversee the maintenance and management of all meeting rooms from an AV and customer support perspective.
- Play a vital role in the GSK Meeting Service Line, contributing to data analysis and team meetings.
- Act as a liaison for customers, coordinating with service partners for non-standard meetings/events.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in AV or a similar technical role.
- Strong customer service skills, with a focus on service excellence.
- Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of customers and team members.
- Knowledge and experience in multi-site, large event management.
- Self-motivated with the capability to work under pressure and balance conflicting deadlines.
- Awareness of the facilities industry and current best practices.
- A team player with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
