  • 73.5 hours per week 3 weeks on 3 weeks off
  • £16.82 per hour 
  • Accommodation provided. 
  • Transportation from Aberdeen

Please note that because this employment is full-time, it is not suited for a student visa limited to 20 hours of work during term time.


As an Assistant Manager with Sodexo at Sellaness Lodge, Mossbank ZE2 9QR, you will support the General Service Manager in handling the security, catering, and cleaning departments at Sellaness Lodge. In this role, you will be responsible for creating a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for our employees, clients, and visitors, as well as ensuring that the Company's standards and contract specifications are consistently adhered to. 

What you’ll do:
  • Plan work schedules that maintain a consistent level of service, whilst appreciating qualitative and financial targets.
  • Deal effectively and safely with service requests and incidents within the range of competence. 
  • Lead and develop excellent standards of service across the site by assisting and developing team members to deliver standards that are in accordance with the Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators outlined in the contract.
  • Ensure compliance of Company, Client and statutory regulations and policies relating to safe systems of work, health & safety, hygiene, cleanliness, fire and COSHH.
  • Ensure all administrative activities e.g.: accountancy, payroll, recruitment, personnel records, and audit checks are completed accurately and in line with Sodexo policies.
What you bring:
  • Experience in facilities operations and people management.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with a hands-on, practical attitude.
  • A positive, can-do attitude and ability to communicate with co-workers and other departments with professionalism and respect.
  • IT literacy with a thorough grasp and competency in using Microsoft packages.
