Assistant Manager - Subway

Job Introduction

We have an opportunity for an Assistant Manager to support the day-to-day operation of popular high street food retail brand at a prestigious university.

Role Responsibility

Support the management a fully franchised Subway retail outlet, producing and preparing quality food to the students on campus.
Effectively supervise the retail team to ensure the highest quality of service and standards.
Recognise opportunities, drive sales and promote products.
Ensure the highest quality of food and customer service as per Company standards and client expectation.
Implement and maintain the Statutory and Company standards of hygiene, health and safety and take any action as is necessary.

The Ideal Candidate

Previous food retail experience, ideally within franchise operation or leading high street chain
Experience of managing a team within a similar environment
Good financial awareness and sales driven
Excellent communication skills and customer service background
Food & Hygiene Certificate

Package Description

£18,000 pro rata - working term time only
