Assistant Manager - Subway
Job Introduction
We have an opportunity for an Assistant Manager to support the day-to-day operation of popular high street food retail brand at a prestigious university.
Role Responsibility
- Support the management a fully franchised Subway retail outlet, producing and preparing quality food to the students on campus.
- Effectively supervise the retail team to ensure the highest quality of service and standards.
- Recognise opportunities, drive sales and promote products.
- Ensure the highest quality of food and customer service as per Company standards and client expectation.
- Implement and maintain the Statutory and Company standards of hygiene, health and safety and take any action as is necessary.
The Ideal Candidate
- Previous food retail experience, ideally within franchise operation or leading high street chain
- Experience of managing a team within a similar environment
- Good financial awareness and sales driven
- Excellent communication skills and customer service background
- Food & Hygiene Certificate
Package Description
£18,000 pro rata - working term time only
