Job Introduction
Sodexo have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Customer Services Manager to support our Customer Services Manager within a highly regulated area, managing and co-ordinating a team of housekeepers at our client’s pharmaceutical site in Macclesfield.
You will support our Customer Service Manager (CSM) with service delivery for all aspects of Sodexo activity within given area and interact with our clients to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and service delivery improvement initiatives.

Role Responsibilities
- Support in the delivery of IFM services within given area
- Ensure training compliance according to SOPs (standard operating procedure)
- Engage and motivate teams
- Supporting and assisting the CSM to ensure SHE and Quality compliance and timely completion of CAPA (Corrective Action Preventative Action) actions
- Participate in audits/performance checks and escalate any issues/complaints to the Customer Services Manager

You will be a highly customer focused individual, with experience in the support of managing cleaning teams to deliver high standards of service.
