Assistant Customer Service Manager (FM Site Services)
As a Assistant Customer Service Manager at Sodexo, You will be focused on delivering world class integrated FM with oversight from Senior management. You will provide support as necessary within your capabilities and abilities and ensure satisfaction of our valued customers.

What you’ll do:
- Support the Operations Manager with service delivery for all aspects of Sodexo site services (logistics, Grounds and Driver services),
- You will interact with local customers to ensure high level of customer satisfaction and service delivery improvement initiatives and follow up any customer complaints.
- Ensure SHE and quality compliance and timely completion of CAPA actions.
- Assist with the implementation of innovations and services or process improvement initiatives.
- Build relationships with colleagues and key customers to understand their needs and support in their day-to-day activities.
What you bring:
- Be a focused individual, motivating and driving performance in teams to deliver high standards of service and cost effectiveness.
- An understanding of site support service delivery, with the ability to transfer skills across soft service disciplines.
- Knowledge of SHEQ and the process employed to manage risks, hazards, and controls.
- The role holder will understand great workplaces and services to deliver quality of life to their customers.
- You will hold a full UK driving license.
