Lead a risk-based building surveying program to inform the asset register and lifecycle planning.
Manage lifecycle planning to support capital project programs and maintenance strategy recommendations based on risk, condition, and performance.
Align asset management activities with Estates strategy and Sodexo contractual obligations.
Collaborate with Sodexo Central Functions to develop a BIM strategy and operational data standards.
Create reporting and analytics capabilities for benchmarking, scenario modeling, and data-driven decision-making.
Train and upskill relevant teams, ensure data management protocols, and continuously improve the asset management system to meet client and contractual objectives.
