Asset Manager
Job Introduction
Sodexo are looking for an Asset Manager to join their experienced and dedicated team working on a high profile property portfolio in the Greater London area.
Managing a program of building condition surveys and using the data from the surveys and other sources, such as maintenance performance statistics to create and maintain a lifecycle plan covering immediate to long-term spend across a diverse portfolio of over 200 properties.
You'll be responsible for liaising with the client's budget holder to help prioritise a £30 million per year spend to ensure the resilience of the estate, and to build business cases for further investment.
You'll also advise the client on asset and maintenance strategies.
Ideally, you'll be able to evidence experience managing assets on a multi-property portfolio. We welcome applications from candidates with experience in managing Hard FM, Technical Services or Surveying.

To succeed in this role you will need to have proven success in:
- Managing programmes of building condition, asset verification and /or energy surveys to meet evolving client requirements
- Ensuring that data is managed effectively and accurately, and kept up to date by the team
- Identifying, specifying and running reports as required
- Working with a Technical Assurance team, to ensure that maintenance plans are managed and updated as required.

Salary: Up to £60,000 dependent on experience + bonus
