Artworker (12 Month FTC)

Get excited about your role as an Artworker at Sodexo! You will collaborate with our talented Food Platform creative team to produce stunning artwork and designs that resonate with our audience. Your keen eye for detail and excellent technical skills will be crucial in delivering top-notch visual solutions, making a real difference in our brand perception and success.
What you’ll do:
- Support the delivery of brand refresh work and campaigns by preparing, producing, and reviewing quality artwork and design
- Collaborate with graphic designers and leads to prepare POS material and layouts for production across various media formats
- Perform retouching, typesetting, and formatting tasks, as well as artwork updates and amends
- Manage and maintain the image library for print and digital assets
- Support the development of FP design solutions with guidance from Senior Creative and Graphic Designer(s)
- Identify and implement process improvements
- Ensure design and artworked documents are printed/uploaded to the agreed quality and timescales
What you bring:
- A minimum of 1-year relevant professional experience in supporting business development
- Proven track record of successfully delivering multiple projects on time within a creative agency and corporate/business-focused environment
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage small to medium-sized projects, precise scheduling, and multiple shifting priorities
- Excellent proficiency in Adobe CC suite, specifically InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat, and a good working knowledge of MS Office (e.g., Word and PowerPoint)
- A keen eye for design and attention to detail
- Experience in working with senior management to manage delivery of timelines and outputs
- Skills and knowledge in Illustration, Animation, Video, Digital, and 3D design are desired but not essential
