The apprentice scheme will last for a period of 4 years. During the first 3 years, you will cover a broad syllabus of training to including Mechanical, Electrical and Instrumentation disciplines while attending college on day release basis. Academic study will be combined with onsite placements across the account to gain exposure to different areas of our Sodexo business. The final year of the apprenticeship will consolidate all the acquired learning in one placement in preparation for successful completion of the apprenticeship programme

The programme is supported by our training partners Macclesfield College. They will  provide support throughout the duration of the apprenticeship programme. The apprenticeship scheme with Sodexo is a fixed term contract for a period of 4 years however, our ambition is to provide employment on completion in line with business requirements aligned to account succession / development plans.

• £5.50 per hour (increase after 1st year)
