With a keen eye for detail and a great attitude you’ll be ensuring that the airport lounge is always kept sparkling.

Following important guidelines, such as COSHH, will be important and we’ll help train and support you every step of the way.

A few things about you 

As this is a customer facing role, your excellent customer service and communication skills are key. Being a team player is also important, there’s no ‘I’ in team!  

Previous experience in a similar role would be great but if you’ve got great people skills and a positive can-do attitude, we’d love to hear from you!

Sodexo embeds a strong Safety culture in everything we do. There’ll be company procedures to follow alongside our Health & Safety practises so it’s vital that you’ll champion this. 

Role Responsibility

As a Cleaner/Housekeeper you will be responsible for:

• Providing a cleaning service to all public, client and staff areas of the AMEX Lounge
• Ensuring cleaning meets the client standards
• Maintaining and enhance the cleanliness of the Lounge
• Other cleaning duties as required

The Ideal Candidate

The successful candidate for this role will have:

• Experience of general cleaning methods and techniques
• Excellent communication skills
• An awareness of health and safety requirements
• Attention to detail
• The ability to work on one’s initiative
• Self motivated
• Well presented
• Good interpersonal skills
• BICs cleaning qualification or equivalent is also desirable, but not essential
