Job Introduction

As a Shift Aircraft catering services supervisorYou'll supervise the Inflight catering team closely, You'll interact with your team and our clients daily, and you'll be improving the quality of life in everyone you meet!. What you’ll do: 

  • Supervising shift workers
  • Liaising with military personnel and departments
  • Running operations during the shift
  • Be able to give an effective handover to next shift
  • Organising workload across the shift to ensure all demands are met.
  • Lead and coordinate activities of maintenance workers or service employees  
  • Ensure a safe working environment throughout the facility for all employees   
  • Monitor employee productivity and provides suggestions for increased service or productivity 
  • Coordinate routine responsibilities and assign specific work or functional activities 
  • Responsible for orientation and training of employees   
  • Work with customers to ensure satisfaction in such areas as quality, service, and problem resolution

What you bring: 

  • Previous supervisory experience  

  • Experience using till systems such as EPOS, and ordering management systems 

  • Highly professional manner and an understanding that honesty and ethics are essential  

  • Positive attitude and the ability to communicate with co-workers and other departments with professional and respect  

  • Provide clear directions and respond accordingly to employees  

  • Willingness to be open to learning and growing

Package Description

  • 37.5 hours per week
  • Shift Patterns: 2 days, 2 nights, 4 off
  • Early- 7:00-15:00
  • Middle- 11:30-19:30
  • Night- 19:00-7:00
  • Day shift- £11.28 Night Shift £12.78
  • Full uniform supplied
  • Full training provided
  • Annual leave April - April 20 days per calendar year which increases with service
