Job Introduction

About the role   

At Sodexo behind the scenes, we run an efficient high-quality service for our patients and visitors! To provide this vital service we have a talented admin team working with us, and we currently have a vacancy for an Administrator to join us.

Being the go-to administrator for our teams, you'll be super organised supporting in all thing’s admin related! You will always be on hand to support our wider teams with all administration requests!

With a cheerful and helpful approach, you'll complete orders for stock and supplies for our Domestic team, manage invoices and purchase orders and produce reports and data as requested.

  A few things about you 

It’s important to have a positive, approachable attitude and strong communication skills with the ability to demonstrate great teamwork!

You will have an eye for attention to detail and good knowledge of IT skills. Ideally, you’ll have experience composing letters / memos but, if not we would still love to hear from you.

You will need to be a keen learner, as you will have continuous training opportunities throughout your career. 

As we are based on an NHS site, it will be mandatory for all new staff to evidence full COVID vaccination (before 01 April 2022) in line with Government requirements. Exemptions do apply.

Package Description

Administrator for our domestic team.
Working Monday - Friday. 08:00-16:30 
Pay rate is age dependent with over 23 year old earning £9.60
