Looking an Administrator role which allows you to do more than just boring admin? We have the perfect opportunity for an individual who wants to showcase their attention to detail, superb organisation skills and their personality.

You will not just be satisfied with their admin tasks, they would be excited to be involved with the helping out the Sales Team and the Administration Manager.  And for those who thrive in a changing work environment, this role will involve you working in a team of about 35 people, you will need to be comfortable working as an individual as well as amidst the hustle and bustle of a busy office.

Role Responsibility

  • Respond to Client queries, quotations and complaints via Telephone/Email
  • Using the Basware accounts system to manage, input and amend purchase orders
  • Inputting Payroll data and managing Timesheets
  • Support with the Fleetmatics system
  • Attend team briefing meetings held by the Contract Managers or Business Managers

The Ideal Candidate

  • Experience with using Microsoft Office Package
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Confident in dealing with people of various professional levels
  • Great attention to detail
  • Great personality
  • Previous administrative experience is essential
