About the role
At Sodexo behind the scenes, we run an efficient high-quality service for our patients and visitors! To provide this vital service we have a talented admin team working with us, and we currently have a vacancy for an Administrative Assistant to join us.
Being the go-to administrator for our teams, you will be super organised supporting in all thing’s admin related!
With a cheerful and helpful approach, you will handle incoming calls, greet visitors, and support the wider teams. You’ll produce reports, dealing with queries, and support project work to meet deadlines.

A few things about you
It’s important to have a positive, approachable attitude and strong communication skills with the ability to demonstrate great teamwork!
You will have an eye for attention to detail and good knowledge of IT skills.
Ideally, you’ll have experience composing letters / memos but, if not we would still love to hear from you.
You will need to be a keen learner, as you will have continuous training opportunities throughout your career.

A great opportunity has arisen for the right person to join our team here at Doncaster Royal Infirmary as an Administrative Assistant.
- 26.25 Hours per week
- £10.00 per hour
- Monday - Friday 9.00am - 2.15pm
