As a Administrative Assistant at Sodexo in Saltend Chemicals Park, Hull, HU12 8DS, you will provide a warm welcome and make that all-important first impression. You will use world-class customer service and superb communication skills to connect visitors and customers with their host and onward services. What you’ll do:
- Greet visitors and customers entering the building
- Connect visitors and customers with the appropriate party while following all visitor management processes
- site post run
- checking and collecting data of lockers around the site
- checking dirty coveralls out/ clean coveralls in
- carry out switchboard
- service desk duties
- working on the Visitor portal
- C-Cure security system and the Q4 system
What you bring:
- To carry out various admin duties, experience with Microsoft outlook, word and excel is essential. Most of the role will be working on the reception desk but there will be some other duties.
- An S.I.A licence (Security Industry Authority) is preferable, but the training can be provided to the right candidate.
- Ensuring all Health and Safety procedures are followed at all times, be customer focused, pleasant and approachable.
- Must be dependable and flexible and be able to work between the hours of 7am to 6pm, Monday – Friday.
