Ad-hoc Chef
Job Introduction
Sodexo Sports & Leisure is currently looking to recruit 5 ad-hoc chefs to support it's operations in Aberdeen.
Role Responsibility
- Assist the head chef in providing a premium dining service to up to 1000 people at a time
- Ensure instructions, company policies and food-specific legislation are followed
- Preparation and cooking of food
- Ensure the kitchen areas are clean and tidy
- Attend relevant training sessions as required
- Perform any further duties as requested by the head chef
The Ideal Candidate
- The successful candidate will hold a professional cookery qualification and food safety level 3 certificate
- Experience in a similar position is desirable but not essential
- The candidate will be expected to actively demonstrate role model attitudes and behaviours by displaying an approachable, friendly and helpful manner to colleagues and customers alike
