Ad-hoc Chef

Job Introduction

Sodexo Sports & Leisure is currently looking to recruit 5 ad-hoc chefs to support it's operations in Aberdeen.

Role Responsibility

Assist the head chef in providing a premium dining service to up to 1000 people at a time
Ensure instructions, company policies and food-specific legislation are followed
Preparation and cooking of food
Ensure the kitchen areas are clean and tidy
Attend relevant training sessions as required
Perform any further duties as requested by the head chef

The Ideal Candidate

The successful candidate will hold a professional cookery qualification and food safety level 3 certificate
Experience in a similar position is desirable but not essential
The candidate will be expected to actively demonstrate role model attitudes and behaviours by displaying an approachable, friendly and helpful manner to colleagues and customers alike
Candidate should be approachable, friendly and helpful manner to colleagues and customers at all times
