Account Manager National remit
Job Introduction
This is a fantastic opportunity to really enhance your operational management career. We are recruiting an experienced Senior Account Manager to look after a number of contracts based across multiple sites nationally.
This role will see you travelling to sites from Glasgow to Essex to Kent so a full clean driving license would be essential.
This is an exceptional opportunity and one which will allow you to give full strategic direction to the delivery of exceptional facilities services and build long term client relationships.

Role Responsibility
- Accountable for 12 sites across the UK
- £5million turnover accountability
- Reporting to the Account Director you will be responsible for managing customer and supplier relationships
- Increase new business opportunities where possible
- Provide direction and expertise to the operating area by promoting Sodexo strategies and best business practices in order to uphold the Company mission and values
- Motivate and lead a high performing team to achieve their objectives and the Sodexo strategy
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement of people, systems and processes.
- Support the marketing team in identifying opportunities with other clients to maximise profit and growth.
- Lead, develop, manage and encourage members of the team and other employees within the business.
The Ideal Candidate
- Track record of success in a similar multi-site role overseeing the delivery of out-sourced facilities services
- Strong numerical and communication skills
- Strong people management capability
- Ability to effectively contribute in preparing and submitting complex bids and tenders
- Understand and influence departments and teams that are outside of management responsibility
- Ability to identify and develop opportunities for growth
- Able to monitor and analyse the financial performance of the contract
