Account Director

We are currentlyseeking a dedicated and dynamic AccountDirector to join our team and play a key role in driving excellenceand innovation.
The Role
You’ll beresponsible for:
- Overall delivery of contracts within agreed terms, SLAs and compliance standards.
- Financial and commercial management including P&L, forecasting and budgeting.
- Driving revenue growth, innovation, and efficiency.
- Building strong, long-term client relationships using our Clients for Life framework.
- Leading and developing large, diverse teams, including recruitment, training and performance management.
- Ensuring health & safety is the top priority, meeting statutory and client requirements.
- Managing risk, compliance, and business continuity.
- Embedding a high-performance, people-focused culture.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven leadership in large Technical Services contracts.
- HNC/BIFM or equivalent senior management experience.
- Strong P&L and multi-site operational management skills.
- Experience managing large teams and shifting priorities.
- Excellent financial acumen, communication and client engagement skills.
- NEBOSH/IOSH Managing Safely and CIEH Level 3 qualifications.
- Technical Services experience in corporate/critical environments (preferred).
