Location: Leonardo Helicopters in Yeovil & regular national travel

Sodexo are currently recruiting for an exciting Account Director opportunity to join and lead our experienced team working onsite at Leonardo Helicopters in Yeovil.
In this role you will lead the operational and commercial delivery of the account liaising with both technical and functional experts to ensure that exemplary facilities services are provided at all sites within the account. Delivering Soft and Technical services and Projects based activities to sites.
This is a fantastic opportunity for you to bring your experience to a role that gives you responsibility for a large operational team delivering IFM services. As well as working closely with both the client and onsite team there is also regular national travel as part of this role.
Drawing on your strong technical background you will have the scope to put your own stamp on the role and play a key part in our journey to becoming a technical centre of excellence.

This role will require applicants to undergo screening appropriate to the post, including checks with past employers and the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) and/ or Disclosure Scotland.
About You
You will have experience and knowledge in the following area’s
- Proven experience in managing P&L accounts in excess of £10m
- Experience of managing Technical and Soft FM contracts
- CAFM and management information reporting
- Proven operational knowledge, skills and experience in managing multi-site/multi service operations
- Management of large and diverse teams
- Manage multiple workloads and shifting priorities
- Ability to interpret and utilise complex and varied financial and commercial information
- Building or Building Services Degree or Equivalent Qualification
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with customers, clients and employees at all levels
- Achieve set, standards and operate to performance criteria; for example health and safety, hygiene
- Self motivated and able to work on own initiative within a team environment
